Jodi first tried yoga in the early 90’s as a means to lower her blood pressure naturally. She did not integrate yoga into her daily life until 2012. She fell in love with her home practice but felt it was missing something. Once she started practicing at Toledo Yoga she discovered it was community that was missing for her. We can be individuals and yet still have the love and support of others has become one of the many surprise discoveries yoga has shown her. She immediately enrolled in the next teacher training course at Toledo Yoga and received her 200-hour certification in February 2018.
“My mission as a teacher is to help others understand that yoga is an individual practice for each and every body, mind, and soul. I want to help others fall in love with their own uniqueness and bring people together by embracing our differences on and off our mats.”
