Shannon lives, dream sand practice some aspect of fitness in her everyday life. She fell in love with running a few years back, completing 20 half marathons since she first laced-up my shoes. She enjoys challenging herself to personal goals to become a better, stronger version of herself. Yoga is a new chapter in her fitness journey, becoming a 200-hour certified teacher through Toledo Yoga’s Teacher Training program. She also is certified BARRE instructor through BARRE Intensity.
Shannon has two sons and a daughter, and finding that balance for family and a career is tough sometimes but she believes that finding time for yourself and your health is very important, and a great example for my family and friends.
