Sandy Earl

Sandy has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and has been teaching more than than 10 years now.  She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with her 200-hr certification and continually participates  in continuing education classes to further her knowledge. Bringing “yoga” into the everyday is the awareness she likes to create: from your posture, attitude, response to situations, and the overall connection to self as the basis for living life.
Sandy also enjoys teaching cooking classes in her home as a Natural Foods Cooking Instructor, plus is excited to build her life coaching practice as her speciality is working with women specifically who want vibrant health, and emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
