Rooted in the Journey into Power sequence, the Power classes offer a unique exploration on the mat.  You will move through standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, and inversions.  You will be encouraged to step up, show up, and find your personal edge!


Flow classes are designed to increase strength, improve flexibility, and support your overall well-being.  Connect breath to movement and discover the healing qualities of the practice.  Each class is uniquely sequenced providing you variety from class to class. A Slow version of this class is also available.


Our prop room is loaded with gear (think weights, bands, blocks, balls, rings, and disks) all designed and used to enhance your yoga body.  You will build a burn, tone and strengthen your muscles, and create a caloric burn rate that will last you well beyond our doors. As the saying goes, “if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!”


In 30 minutes, you will work every core muscle leaving you longer, leaner, and stronger.  The CORE classes are powerful, invigorating, and a strong start to the day.


Restorative classes are designed to create ease in the body and mind.  With the intention use of props to support your practice, specific poses are held longer to offer you a relaxed experience. 


This is a perfect compliment to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga.  Yin focuses on targeting the connecting tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, with long holds in poses. 

Fascia Release

This gentle, restorative class will show you how to release the tight spots and fascia (connective tissue) in the body using tennis balls and other props.  Self-myofascial release techniques reduce chronic body pains, joint stiffness, muscle tightness, and identifies tenderness and poor circulation. 

Mommy and Me
