Do you have a late cancel and no-show policy?
Classes and workshops that are registered for ahead of time must be canceled 12 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel 12 hours in advance or do not show up to your class or workshop, your account will be charged $20. When you arrive at the studio ensure you stop by the front desk to check in and are on the mat 5 minutes before class start time to keep your reservation and to avoid a cancelation fee/no-show fee.
Do you have a waitlist policy?
If you register for a class that has a waitlist and space becomes available, 90 minutes or more before the class, you will be automatically added to the roster. You will be sent a text and email through Momence. Your account notifications settings must be turned on. Please inquire at the front desk how to set up account notifications.
If you are on the waitlist and space becomes available within 90 minutes before class, we will call you to confirm that you are available to attend class. We will not add you to the roster unless you say you can come. If we are unable to reach you, you will be removed from the waitlist, and the next person on the waitlist will be contacted. Please ensure you take yourself off the waitlist if you are not able to attend.

Are classes heated?
Not all classes are heated; however, we do offer Far Infrared (FIR) heated yoga classes. Look for the word “HOT” on the schedule for heated classes. Our infrared heaters emit a therapeutic heat that directly permeates the body, alleviates aches, increases circulation, and offers a whole range of health benefits. The “HOT” classes range between 88-94 degrees. Natural humidity and class size may affect the temperature.
